We do. We provide free on-site estimates throughout the Sandpoint area. We'll come out, walk the project with you, and give you a fair, no-pressure price.
Every job is different — site conditions, access, soil, rock, and scope all affect the price — so there's no one-size-fits-all number. That's why we come out in person and quote each project individually rather than giving a flat rate.
Some projects do — requirements vary by location, scope, and things like shoreline or septic work. We'll talk through what your project likely needs and can point you in the right direction, but permitting is ultimately handled through Bonner County and the applicable local agencies.
